Your company's reliable partner, Ultimaker, has announced that you can now print production tools and functional parts for end use with PETG materials.

PETG, a glycol-modified version of PET, is one of the best materials used for 3D printing today, according to a Ultimaker study that prompted the company to launch its own PETG Ultimaker offering. PETG is a wear-resistant, temperature and chemical resistant material that is suitable for industrial applications, the company says, and can be paired with PVA and Breakaway props.

Ultimaker's research engineers have extensively tested the material to create Cura profiles to ensure seamless and reliable PETG printing. Ultimaker PETG users have access to a suite of technical, safety and compliance information.

"PETG is improving our portfolio of materials, and industrial use for 3D printing continues to grow," said Miguel Calvo, technical director at Ultimaker. "Its excellent all-round properties are a strong addition to our platform and ideal for typical industrial environments and applications."

Ultimaker PETG thread is available in 14 colors, including transparent, translucent and fluorescent. You will soon be able to find them with us in our online store https://shop.3mgbonev.com/
