3. Orders and fulfilment

All orders are processed after a detailed review of the technical specifications and files. The lead time depends on the complexity and size of the project. Customers receive an order confirmation and an estimated delivery time.

4. Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer, in cash or by online methods. For corporate customers we offer deferred payment in line with the agreed terms.

5. Quality and warranties

3MG Bonev EOOD guarantees high quality for all products manufactured and services provided. If any quality issues arise, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

6. Intellectual property

All CAD files, 3D models and designs supplied by customers remain their property. 3MG Bonev EOOD makes a firm commitment to protect the confidentiality of customer data and not to disclose it.

7. Delivery

Delivery is made to an address in Bulgaria specified by the customer. Special terms apply to international deliveries. Risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company.
