Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of the contract

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between 3MG Bonev EOOD and its customers in the provision of services and the sale of products in the field of 3D technologies.

2. Services and products

2.1. 3D Printing

• FDM/FFF printing in PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU and other materials
• High-precision SLA/DLP printing
• Professional printers: Ultimaker, Formlabs, Bambu Lab

2.2. 3D Scanning

• Structured-light scanning with Artec Eva, Leo, Spider II
• Accuracy of up to 0.1 mm, depending on the object
• Processing and optimisation of 3D models

2.3. 3D Modelling

• CAD design and engineering modelling
• Artistic 3D modelling
• Optimisation for 3D printing

3. Orders and fulfilment

3.1. Orders are accepted by email, by telephone or in person at the office.

3.2. The customer provides 3D files in supported formats (.stl, .obj, .3mf, .step, .iges).

3.3. The lead time is determined individually according to the complexity of the project.

3.4. If there are technical problems with the files, we notify the customer and propose solutions.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices are set according to the complexity, size and chosen material.

4.2. For projects above 51.13 € (BGN 100 at the official rate 1.95583), an advance payment of 50% is required.

4.3. Payment is made by bank transfer or in cash on collection.

4.4. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.

5. Quality and complaints

5.1. We guarantee quality in line with the capabilities of the technology used.

5.2. Complaints are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

5.3. Where a defect is proven, we accept responsibility for rework or a refund.

5.4. We are not liable for defects in the files supplied by the customer.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. Copyright in the files supplied remains the property of the customer.

6.2. 3MG Bonev EOOD undertakes to keep customer data confidential.

6.3. Copying, distributing or using customer files without permission is prohibited.

7. Delivery and risk

7.1. Delivery is made to a specified address in Bulgaria.

7.2. Risk passes to the customer on handover to the courier.

7.3. Delivery costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

8.1. The liability of 3MG Bonev EOOD is limited to the value of the order concerned.

8.2. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit.

8.3. The customer is responsible for the lawful use of the files supplied.
