Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W - SLS technology for everyone

Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W democratises SLS technology, making it accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. Unlike traditional SLS printers, which require dedicated facilities, Fuse 1+ can operate in a standard office environment.

The 30 W galvanometer laser precisely sinters nylon powder, producing parts with excellent mechanical properties and smooth surfaces. With no support structures needed, complex geometries can be printed.

Professional materials

It works with a wide range of nylon materials, including Nylon 12, Nylon 12 GF (glass-filled) and Nylon 11 CF (carbon fibre-reinforced), providing solutions for a variety of applications.

Complete workflow

The combination of the Fuse 1+ printer, the Fuse Sift cleaning station and PreForm software provides a complete workflow from design to finished part.

Safety and convenience

An inert nitrogen atmosphere and an enclosed system ensure safe operation, while the automated process keeps manual intervention to a minimum.
