California-based 3D printer manufacturer, Raise3D , has announced that it has released an end-to-end metal 3D printing package that includes a printer, debinding machine, sintering furnace, software and materials.

The system is designed to provide metal 3D printing to customers, at lower prices than current industrial metal 3D printing or metal die casting options, or those looking for an office solution without bulk metal powder. Possible applications range, at lower cost, from tools, fixtures, functional parts and prototypes.

Raise3D offers the package MetalFuse and includes a new printer called Forge1, a catalytic debinder (D200-E), sintering furnace (S200-C), a new version of their software called ideaMaker Metal, and metal thread from BASF Forward AM.

The familiar suggestions for metal threads Ultrafuse from BASF Forward AM, which are available in stainless steel 316L and 17-4PH, have been gaining attention in the industry lately, but if you're printing with them on, say, your Ultimaker, you must send your parts to a third party for post-processing.

Raise3D work with BASF Forward AM to optimize the platform MetalFuse from software to agglomeration.

The new one Forge1 is a twin extruder machine based on proven technology Raise3D with a print volume of 255 x 300 x 300 mm (or 300 x 300 x 300 mm when using a single extruder), a 300 ºC nozzle, a heated working volume up to 120 ºC, a 7-inch touchscreen and a live view camera.

Raise3D debinder D200-E uses a catalytic debinding process based on oxalic acid, which is cheaper, safer and more environmentally friendly than nitric acid and faster for thermal removal. The sintering furnace can reach 1450 ºC and accommodate a volume of parts equal to 200× 200× 200 mm.

Raise3D will start delivering Raise3D MetalFuse in the first half of 2022, a Forge1 will be offered separately. We don't yet have information on how much the MetalFuse system will sell for, but we expect it to be one of the most affordable end-to-end solutions for metal parts on the market. We from 3MG Bonev Ltd. we will inform you as more information becomes available and you will be able to order from us the new metal ecosystem of Raise3D.
